Information After more than 12 years in Banking/ Financial Services in the UK (Lloyds & Barclays ) and Australia (National Australia Bank & Westpac), I am now applying my experience as a skilled facilitator and trainer specialising in continuous improvement methodologies.

I have designed and facilitated dozens of process user and management workshops and trained hundreds of practitioners in the lean methodology. As an experienced practitioner myself I've worked with business leaders to identify and clarify problems, analyse root causes and then led or coached practitioners through significant project implementations working on operational, financial and strategic processes.
Phuel is a business that is committed to challenging, empowering and getting people motivated within organisations in order to achieve increased performance. Our facilitation and training solutions are designed to challenge people to explore their current ways of working as an individual, team or organisation with the intent of finding a more effective option.
With offices in Sydney and Melbourne we are able to offer our full range of services to a diverse set of clients and industries throughout Australia and across Asia , and I can offer information / advice about living & working in Australia.
Things I Wish I'd Known I wish I had taken more time to think about what I really wanted to do when I left, perhaps taken some time off. Changing careers is by no means impossible and is becoming more commonplace these days but it is still much harder and involves greater sacrifice than changing course at Uni, for example.
Making an informed choice about a career or employer based on experience of working in that industry or business would have been invaluable to me a few years ago.

(A bit less of the free booze at employer presentations and a little more conversation with those that worked for the companies may have helped too!)
