Information Having had a very positive career at Ford, culminating with four years as the UK HR Director, I decided to take a complete career change and now work for The Prince's Trust in an
operational role.
The Prince's Trust support young people who are not in
education, training or employment and who may be facing barriers to their progression. It is a national charity with about 900 staff based at locations across the UK including a Head Office by Liverpool Street in London. Staff roles include front line roles delivering programmes, recruiting young people onto programmes and supporting them into outcomes.
There are also a wide variety of other roles including fundraising, contracts management, volunteer co-ordination as well as HR, IT, Finance ,etc.

I am happy to speak with anyone who might be interested in either of my careers!
Additionally, I can provide a more general overview of anyone looking to work within the Automotive industry.
Things I Wish I'd Known Fortunately, I have no regrets with my choice of career or employer - but only through luck, rather than judgement!

However, it would have been beneficial to speak to someone and understand a "day in the life" of my chosen profession before making applications.
