| Things I Wish I'd Known | 1) A degree is only a foot in the door, you still have to work hard to get interviews and make sure you do your research on the company first! 2) Part time study (evenings & weekends) is really hard work when you have already done c.50 hr week + travel. If you can afford to, get CIPD qualified in a year of full time study - you will be buying back your 20's for more fun stuff. |
