| Information | T The meeting & events industry is very rewarding, utilising skills as varied as marketing, organisation, budgeting, change management, time management, scheduling, liaising with people in all works of life and at all levels. No two days are the same, and you are only as good as your last event! During my career I have worked at a number of leading event management agencies, travel management companies (TMCs) and associations. Recently I was the European Congress Manager at Amgen, a major biopharmaceutical company. Now I am a Regional Program Director at CWT, meaning I manage the strategic meetings program for our client, Eli Lilly. I am responsible for the overall Travel and Meetings Program in Europe, Middle East and Africa according to the client’s business objectives. I act as the single point of contact for the Client Leads in EMEA, with direct oversight of a regional team spread across Europe and overall oversight of Operations. |
