| Information | On graduating from Durham , I went to the College of Law and finalised my training at one of Manchester’s top commercial law firms. I merged my own practice with Fuglers in 1998 and head the Company/Commercial Department. I have experience in acting on all aspects of Company and Commercial matters, in particular company sales and purchases and venture capital transactions.
