| Information | I have worked in product development (paint formulation) and after 7 years moved into Environmental and Regulatory affairs (back to biological roots with some law added!). Have worked for 12 years in this area and am still having fun. Have liaised with Greenpeace and other NGOs , MEPs, MPs and represented coatings industry at IMO (International Maritime Organisation)and European Commission. Now I am working with new chemical legislation (REACH etc) to prepare the company for major changes that this will bring. Never a dull moment!! Now manage a team of 5 specialists and travel all over the place. Summer placements are possible in Newcastle - send me your CV. |
| Things I Wish I'd Known | It is critical to enjoy what you do - then the stresses of exams (and similar) are easier to cope with. Mary's discos were not the best way to spend every Friday night! Time in Grey is special - enjoy it and keep in touch with friends. |
